The hotel's location. The room was cozy, and we appreciated the friendly and helpful hosts. Be prepared for stairs, but it's worth it for the charm!
One downside was the heavy entrance door. It was quite difficult to manage with luggage, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

Great overall experience. The hotel with spacious rooms, in a busy area, in front of the umburto galleria. Great location next to Piazza Municipio. The rooms with a comfy bed and a comfy chair, for example. The amazingly nice and flexible staff working throughout the venue. Attentive service, private parking available nearby. Late check-out.

The beds were comfortable, nice, but let's talk about those stairs. They were exhausting, not to mention the heavy entrance door that screams 'no mobility access'! I was really hoping for a late checkout at no additional charge, but of course, that's wishful thinking. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The heavy entrance door is a pain for anyone with luggage or mobility issues!!! Those endless stairs are just plain annoying, wear good shoes!!! Perhaps consider a more accessible entry point!!!

Amazing stay in Napoli!
We had such a cool time at this place! The room was super spacious and spotlessly clean. Our host was really nice and made it easy to get around. Plus, the best part was enjoying breakfast at the nearby café, their pastries are to die for! Just watch out for those steep stairs, a bit of a workout!
